Estate planning services for California residents

Complete estate planning services, including wills, advance health care directives (living wills), durable powers of attorney, living trusts (revocable trusts), family limited partnerships, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts and conservatorships.

Eliminate probate, minimize estate taxes, and ensure that your assets are received by those you chose, not according to the California laws of intestacy.

Ensure that the individual or individuals you chose (and not those appointed by the probate court) are empowered to make health care and financial decisions for you if you are incapacitated.

Your estate plan can be completed by a combination of the internet, mail, email, telephone and/or facsimile, as well as through in person conferences at my office or at your home or business in the San Francisco bay area.

Once I have sufficient information and documents from you, your estate plan documents will be prepared and sent to you within 5 days for signature.

For a fee quotation based on a recommended estate plan for you, contact me by email and I will send you a questionnaire to complete and return.

Any and all information will be kept strictly confidential and will be returned to you at your request.

Fees range between $770.00 for a simple estate plan for an individual (including a will, advance health care directive and durable power of attorney for asset management) to $3,850.00 for an estate plan for a family (including wills, advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney for asset management, a living trust and either a family limited partnership (or limited liability company), an irrevocable trust or a charitable trust.
